The staff and maintenance were very nice, professional and courteous. The front desk sent maintenance to bring me a microwave and refrigerator because I asked. They really were lifesavers being able to accommodate me and my family by giving me a room so we can have heat after my furnace went out at home. The room was very warm and the heat was GREAT. The bath tub is huge and deep for a long relaxing bath. I would stay here every time I visit Hammond, Indiana again.

Room temperature was easy to adjust and warmed up quickly. (It was cold and wet night) The room was clean and the lights were working. There were several layers of sheet/blanket. It was nasty slippery weather but the stairs, and walk ways were well cleared. There was salt down. We ran into several patches of defrosted snow that was icing up, but we were able to pick our way around the worst of it.
